Whole Body Vibration (WBV)

WBV actually dates back to a 19th century Swede named Gustav Zonder.  However, it was in ancient Greece that it was discovered that WBV could be used to increase the body's overall performance...especially in athletes.  About two centuries after it was founded, Russian space agencies began using the therapy to rehabilitate cosmonauts suffering  from significant bone density and muscle loss caused by prolonged exposure to zero-gravity living conditions.  After the cosmonauts returned home with improved bone density and muscle mass, the news spread like wildfire! The American space program followed suit, and scientists went to work testing and perfecting the technology into the cutting edge exercise sensation we know it to be today.

It doesn't matter if you are physically fit, carrying some extra pounds, have aches and pains, or are recovering from an injury, most everyone will benefit from WBV.
